Yesssssssssssssssssss!!!!! I reached my goal weight, now I just have to maintain this magical number.

Although, going from 111.2 to 109.8 in 24hrs seems a bit strange. I mean yesterday was my rest day and I lost 1.4 lbs? I don't know, sounds kind of like it's water weight and it will jump up again tomorrow...

But for now, I am super happy and proud of myself!! Like Jillian Michaels says:
When friends tell you how awesome you look, drop the "I still have more to go" crap. You worked hard and you deserve the compliment!

I worked hard and I am proud of my results!
109.8 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
