Wow, this cheat day keeps coming back. 233.6 today.

I feel bloated right now though, might shed a bit real soon. :-P

Son is out of school today, so we will go to the Zoo or to the mall. We will do something fun. Sadly, I keep mixing food into the mix, like a big lunch out or something I cant do right now. On my cheat day he is usually running with friends. Today most of his friends have school while he does not, he is one a minority among his friends going to the school he goes to. Anyway, I look forward to our time together.

Yesterday I did well on the diet, until after the baseball game. I probably still did OK (need to log). We had a massive tear gas incident at the baseball game. The natives must have been restless near the school, and the wind blew it all on us. Lots of women and children, and men had to run into the school for shelter. Never a dull moment. I did get a nice 30 minute walk in while I was there.

Oh, I took several pants to the tailer to have them taken in, and they could not "Sorry Sir, it's not possible". I guess you cant take pants in from 42 down to 38. 4 inches seemed to much. They are doing some of my polo shirts though.

Anyway, off to do stuff. I just realized I feel heavy and fat and I am at 233 lbs. This is great!
