230 even this AM. No worries!

I indulged a bit last night, and went to 2000 calories. It was not a cheat thing, it was plain old hunger. We left work a bit early and went wake boarding as the weather was good! lol. If you have any done any skiing or water-sports you will understand the appetite it will give you. I feel like I got a great full body workout. I did at one point go "I am 3 months out of surgery, should I really be wake boarding?" lol. I had to be the driver for my colleague, the boat owner anyway. And it gets me out of the house. (Intended fragment, take that you English Phd freaks!) Plus, I was a few hours late for dinner. I ordered a full on Chinese dinner, and could only eat a little bit of it.

I will consume more today for lunch. I have a lot of energy and I am feeling great. I am doing a full indulgence day today.

As you can see from my outburst above I am in an writing class. The teacher is a little cocky (cheeky in UK speak). Then I looked at his bio and found out he is OMG qualified, he is a PhD, was the dean of english, etc. Then I began to wonder, does he look at a paper or blog, and just see all the errors jump off the page? That must be pretty disturbing actually. Like me looking at a horribly configured or running computer? I dont know, food for thought. Anyway, mine seemed acceptable to him as he only made a few comments. Honestly I think I am a good writer. I can get my point across, proper english pfft!

Anyway, off to do stuff. Have a nice day!

I really miss skiing!! Yes, it does make you FAMISHED, but it sounds like you evened out with all the exercise. So much fun, hopefully I'll be doing some skiing soon! Used to go all summer long in Austin-sigh!! I have NO qualifications like your prof, but I cringe when I read blogs and stuff online--so many errors, misspellings... Your You're Their There and They're... IRREGARDLESS--OOOOMG that's the WORST!! LMAO! Would love to read some of your writing sometime!! I'm not much for the writing, but I'm creative in other ways--like the kids homework projects! Get them moving in the creativity dept. Also creative with punishing them when they need it--they hate that and it lets them know that I'm watching--ALWAYS WATCHING! Have a great weekend!!
