Well the first week back on is always the easiest, lost most of the weight I gained over the holidays, need to keep the ball rolling so I don't fall off track AGAIN!! Did a lot of meal planning for the week of dinners and I think that really helped.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
