Starred my period yesterday so I'm a bit bloated. Yesterday was very hectic. Lots of apps and shopping. Skipped breakfast, ate hardees for lunch, didn't work out. Today I need to get my house clean. I have not had hot water for 4 days so dishes and laundry are backed up.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
