How frustrating!! I followed WW everyday, never went over my points for the day, started exercising 2 days this week (and it really kicks my butt) and I not only did not lose, but gained almost a pound. This is going to be a long journey.

Why??
1. I lost more water weight last week (7.5lbs) than my body could maintain?
2. The damn popcorn machine in the breakroom at work. I count 1 pt for every cup that I eat, but maybe the salt is keeping the water on me?
3. I'm not counting fruit points correctly?
4. Exercise is making me retain water.

Whatever!! It is still frustrating. I do feel like parts of my body are a little trimmer than they were a couple of weeks ago . . . only I would notice though.

I also do remember thinking several mornings when I dressed that I felt like I was gaining not losing, (but then the next day I felt thinner) . . hopefully this is a water gain and I will lose it soon. I don't think I will wait a week to weigh this time. I need to see a loss of some sort.

Geesh.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Hang in there I've reached a plateau and can't seem to lose anymore either. But I am challenged to stick with and time and exercise will take some of this weight off. I know before whe I reached a plateau I would give up. NOW I am determined to see what it takes to budge the scales in my favor. keep at it starangel jeanette
