Not overly happy with the result as I went to the gym twice last week, ate fairly well and did some other outside activities. Guess I was hoping for a quick upfront burn.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 78.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
