:( going the wrong way. I started 15 mins on the treadmill every morning this week. seeing if making a change helps move the other direction.
225.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Exercise is such a good thing to do for yoursef and your family. Keep it up--never mind the scale.

try using a seamstress tape to measure changes in your body when the scale doesn't move the direction you were thinking.
