Woohoo, lost a lb yesterday! 231.8

Lucky too, I had a few treats yesterday, but stayed under RDI. I cooked some nice grilled chicken, and some rice (mainly for my son).

I did mainly homework again yesterday, and a few computer chores (Upgrade bios, and SATA controller bios). It all tied together because I am in a basic computing course, which is a requirement for my degree. Its really easy for me, as I have been computing since 89 essentially. I have more certifications than you can shake a stick at. But, college is fun for me.

In my writing class we had a bit of a debate about college, and the reasons for going. It was refreshing. The article mentioned going for recreation at an older age. That made me realize that is what I am doing, I am basically doing it to improve myself, and for something to do (Recreation). Anyway, it was good to look at that issue from all sides.

I did not walk yesterday, simply from laziness or being busy, whatever you may call it. I did not make time. Outside walking here is a challenge on workdays, and I did not make it on the treadmill. Excuses excuses I know.

Well, back to work.

Thanks Madjak! Already the boys at work are asking me out to eat, but it's ok, we will go to Nando's where I can get chicken and rice. They are a pretty good grilled chicken joint. I should not fear this. I want to make my goal so I can do an indulgence day and have some beers this weekend!

Keep that beer in mind and go for a walk! I made a reminder text so I don't forget to exercise. :-)

Thanks Jessabridge, I did my walk. And am thinking about a protein shake for dinner. Not very hungry today :-P. Beer is a good motivator.
