Celebration here and there can sure take it;s toll. Hope to do better but at least it was a loss
208.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 March 2012:
1740 kcal Fat: 35.70g | Prot: 103.82g | Carb: 253.42g.   Breakfast: bacon, veggie omelette bob evans, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), frosted mini wheats cereal. Lunch: Saltines Crackers (Includes Oyster, Soda, Soup), saltine crackers, new england clam chowder. Dinner: brocolli, 2 slices dry wheat toast, 4 oz turkey breast, cup of carrots, bob evans mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other: skim milk, frosted mini wheats. more...
