did not eat enough yesterday. Had to go into town to run errands, got a deli food item at the grocery store, man it made me feel sick the rest of the day, so didn't eat much dinner. Lots of moving, and not enough eating. Today is a high carb day for me, had a lovely breakfast, bannana, strawberries, half a bowl of cereal and a cup of orange juice. going to make some orange chicken for dinner tonight, its a pretty healthy recipe, but is high in carbs. I am really looking forwarsd to it! Also need to make up bodyrocking today since I missed it yesterday. After today it will be week 2 of month 3!
158.6 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
