I am a mom to 6 beautiful children ages 10,8,6,4,2, and the 6th is due in a few weeks! I have been married for just about 11 years to my wonderful husband. He is one of the most hardworking men I've ever met, doing whatever it takes to make us be able to make it, while I stay home and teach our children. I love homeschooling and spending time with my children, and spending as much time outdoors as we are able! I love sewing, gardening, camping drawing, and reading. Most importantly I am a servant of my Lord Jesus Christ.

Proposed Food Label Changes in the US
I find it funny that they are worrying about it at all, yet actually trying to protect monsato from having any liability to damage it does through gmo's. If the actual goal was to help us make healthier choices they should put in big letters contains gmo's or at least have to specifically write that in the ingredients. I can't disagree with you on your 3 points. I think the serving thing can be dangerous. I like to look at serving size and eat a portion of something. And yes it is pretty easy, without even looking at a box to know what is healthy for me and my children. I don't need the lable changes.

What's wrong with the modern diet
The foods we eat may also contribute to the amount of calories we eat. Instead of filling us up they make you want more. Unlike healthy fats, proteins and natural carbs. Not to mention you canned thin or fat and be malnurished because there is nothing of nutritional value in many of the foods we consume, which causes parts of the body to stop functioning well. Then you have manmade chemicals like aspertame that have been shown to have very negative neurological effects. It is definitely more then calories in calories out. Corifeco what do you think the reason is the there has been such a drastic increase in caloric intake?

Ramping Up Fitness Program
You don't have to do it that way if you don't want. There is controversy over whether or not that's the best way to burn fat anyways. Interval training seems to be much more effective in many cases. I personally enjoy HIIT try and find something you don't hate!.

Weight loss and identity
I have been watching a video talking about this from a biblical standpoint on you tube. If you'd like to watch it its called made to crave, and is awesome. It goes along with a book, but you don't need it. But otherwise you just may not be there yet. Getting smaller won't change anything but your pants size, if you want what it sounds like you're looking for it will take more then losing weight, but losing weight is a great place to start making a change.
