Ok, another low today, 232. I guess I should only announce once in a while.

Lets talk about history and all time lows shall we?

I dont know my historical weight values before this journey and fat secret very well. It's kind of like past parts of his life. Funny how you can timestamp those situations with something going on around you "historically". I know I was 225 lbs a few months before Superbowl XXXVIII (Patriots VS Panthers). I did Atkins back then and got down to 225. I was also using Alli, or its prescription version. Let me just point out how careless and stupid that idea is.

I also remember passing 200 lbs, it was on a trip with my wife in 92 or 93. We went to Tennessee to see my brother, and was at a big buffet, that had a scale. Why would a big buffet have a scale? Now I think it so the rednecks can see how much they gain by eating there. Actually, I think they charged kids by the pound. Silly idea. They should charge Adults by the pound.

And I know I was upper 180's when I met my wife.

I think I was 137 lbs when I was 17 or 18. I cant remember for sure.

Enough History. I need to do schoolwork. Yesterday was quite quiet, school work, sons baseball game, and little eating. I do have my pot o beans cooking now in the crock pot. Over 18 hours I will cook them! There is a later of grease on top, i need to skim off. I did add a tbsp of olive oil per the recipe, but this looks like its from the meat. At any rate, I will go easy on them, and freeze most of it for when my wife and daughter return. My taste tests approve of this. Not quite what I wanted, more liked baked beans. I was going for more of a ham & white bean soup. Next time.
