ugggghhhh! I am still at the same weight. I have to figure out what is going on. I wonder if it could be I am staying the same because I am getting my exercise in each week and building mucles because my clothes fit better. In fact I cleaned out my closet last night and there are clothes that I had that I can finally fit back into. But I just feel like I need to see the scale move. Starting today I am cutting out the coffee with the splenda to see if that helps and measuring my foods. We'll see...
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

have you measured yourself? That is a great way to track loss other than the scale.

I am getting a tape this weekend and gonna start measuring.. I need to visibly see some kind of progress if the scale isn't going to show any. Thanks for the suggestion.
