Woohoo! I know it's only the first week but I am totally on my way!
294.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Well, since your diet works, it would be great if you would share it. Maybe when you feel more comfortable and have some time to do so. Great job!

Thanks, I know it's the early days yet but I am trying hard. I usually start with a granola bar in the am, followed by a piece of fruit at 10am, for lunch I have a yogurt and a pack of the 100 calorie chips, at 2pm I have a snack(usually rice cakes or the weight watchers lemon cakes), at 3:30 I have a slimfast bar then when I get home, I have a lean cusine dinner with a side salad. So far it's working for me cuz I know when I am going to get to eat something.
