I gained 2lbs last week and knew I had to get in more calories (I know...sounds weird, but I was simply not eating enough). Well I made significant changes, including getting back to my 2 cheats a week and voila...5lb loss! I'm enjoying this journey again every step of the way!
344.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 149.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
