...and trying AGAIN. Seems like I was finding success when I was tracking, so going to give it another try. Just so hard to keep up with it, especially when traveling for work a lot.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
