I've gained around 5 pounds by not watching what I eat at all. I've started counting again and am definitely going to start walking/jogging.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1185 kcal Fat: 40.63g | Prot: 51.52g | Carb: 154.66g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Coffee. Lunch: Sunshine Cheez-It Original Snack Crackers, Lindsay Sliced Black Olives, Sargento Natural Baby Swiss Cheese, Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus, Mt.
