A couple big nights out celebrating didn't help. Back to being good now
209.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2085 kcal Fat: 35.94g | Prot: 74.69g | Carb: 378.19g.   Breakfast: quaker instant grits, smuckers grape jelly, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Oatmeal (Cup). Dinner: saltine crackers, campbell's bean soup, skim milk, wheaties cereal, raisin bran cereal, Air Popped Popcorn, pretzel rods. Snacks/Other: jello sugar free pudding snack. more...
