I played 7 matches over the weekend... two yesterday and played another 2 1/2 hours today... I think I am getting the walking in by playing tennis for sure. I'd like to add some biking for high heart rate. My diet is back on track today... this I'm happy about.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
