Time of the month again. I hate how there is a very limited window each month where my actual true weight will show on the scale because of all the fun stuff that goes along with being a woman. Oh well.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
