Hope the scales were right! That was a nice boost! Always loose loads the first week. If I can get below the 100 mark I will be sooo happy. After that the rest will be a bonus. I hate to see the 3 digits. Please let me keep this motivation.
230.8 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
