So up a little today. Not unexpected after a few drinks last night. :) Guestimating that I had about 1700ish calories last night when all was said and done. We had fun, there were a few tears of the exboyfriend, some man bashing...but all it all we had fun and made a happy night of it. I do feel a little off kilter today from a lack of sleep though. Anywho I hope everyone is having a great day. Leftovers for dinner tonight, and a light day of housework, and trying to rest up after only a couple hours of sleep. :)


edit: I haven't made the best choices lunch wise today, but at least there are no more cinnamon rolls in the house!! yay! lol. Making up with dinner, and taking out the last of the parfait I made last night. Layers of angel food cake, greek yogurt mixed with protien powder and a little lemon, and sliced strawberries. :) It was rather yummy.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
