i have been a slacker for just too long. Today is my new beginning. I'm taking simple steps. 1. eat only when I feel hungry. 2. Eat only until I feel satisfied. 3. Enjoy the
taste of food. 4. Don't eat it if it doesn't taste fantastic.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
