I really have not had much of a problem staying under my allotted calories. After that fast start I had, it would be nice to see more than a 1 lb loss per week, but it's a loss so I can't complain. 10 lbs in 3 wks is pretty darn good.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
