168 first thing this morning. then 167.8 after shower, then 169 after coffee.. this is why u are supposed to weigh in once a day lol. couldnt help it. Made lc cookies on thurs. started eating nuts.. stomach not agreeing with one of the two. So starting tomorrow, no nuts and as little splenda as possible. fingers crossed that this is wroking! lacking on the water the last two days so gonna try and get 8 cups in everyday this week, and be on point all week. trend is this weekend! :)
