Looks like it's time to step up the exercise regimen. My body's smarter than I give it credit for. The math says I should have lost 3.299 lbs. I'll have to go back and look at my intake balance, too. Surprised at the slowdown. I am happy with the progress that is SHOWING, in the way my clothes are fitting. :)
258.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
