I can handle this! Down 1 lb every 3 days. This plan works for me.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

827 kcal Fat: 50.81g | Prot: 54.47g | Carb: 28.98g.   Breakfast: heavy cream, Atkins Advantage Peanut Butter Granola Bars, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: water, On the Go Sugar Free Cran-Cherry Limeade, Broccoli (Bird's Eye Steamfresh), Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, sunflower sees, water, crystal light cherry limeade, garden salad, Baby Spinach, tomatoes, Thousand Island Dressing. Snacks/Other: slim jim. more...
