I've been slacking. Hugely. I'm great with breakfast and lunch, but the social activity attached to the evening meal seems to encourage me to really pig out. I haven't weighed in for a while because I gained a few after The Great Liver Feast of 2010, but knew I'd lose some of that again just by Not Eating Liver. So, up about 4, then down again, here I am back at 166, and that after The Great Evening Pig-Outs. The upside of all this is that I know I can lose the pounds if I don't cheat.
