178, this is so great! I am in the 70's now and am feeling the groove to move and am rocking my way into the 60's! This is sweet success which actually taste better then any cookie, candy or cake! TOWANDA!!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
