This one is new and real and on my home scale. I am back home in time for long weekend (and more food?). Only lost a pound, but I lost it! The goal was not to gain 10 🙂
178.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
