Lost 1.4 lbs this week. I know I am not putting in 100%. My diet isn't bad but Could be better. I do think I have been learning better portion control. I had save been struggling to keep healthy foods in the house while I'm broke.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
