1938 kcal Fat: 45.02g | Prot: 59.82g | Carb: 227.63g.   Breakfast: kroger orange juice, kroger whole grain oats, light silk soymilk vanilla, walnuts, Lowfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch: tuna, rice vinegar, Olive oil, zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, lettuce. Dinner: smart ones key lime pie, steamer's vegetables, fish. Snacks/Other: trail mix cranberry delight, girl scout cookies, pinot noir, laughing cow light cheese. more...
