Well it's time to get back on track! The holidays were great, but I'm ready to move forward without all the distractions and temptations from junk. I had my oatmeal and two cups of water so far. I will do my 30 minute Slim in 6 DVD this evening.

You can do it! Do you like the Slim in 6 video? I see it advertised on tv all of the time. I'm tempted to buy it. Would you recommend it? I don't have too much free time, so 30 minutes would be good.

The Slim in 6 videos are great to have on hand. I use them when I don't have time to get to the gym or when it's too cold to walk outside. They really push you and on one DVD there are three workouts to choose from including a great AB workout.
