Can't believe I am sick again--feels like the flu w a temperature, aches, cough. Last time I did this it went into a 3 month coughing illness. Anyway, back on induction since I want to lose another 5 lbs. Ketones were strong moderate this morning (which has not happened for months and months). I guess going totally away an starting over changes things. Feeling crummy yesterday so no exercise and have 102 fever this morning so probably not a good idea to exercise. Life just keeps coming at us.

Awh, I really hope you feel better soon. It is so hard to try to get in any kind of exercise when you are sick... of course when you throw up.. the constant "jerking" of the stomach would probably make for good stomach muscles, lol. Not what you want to hear, I'm sure, lol. Anyway... good luck on losing the 5! I know you will do it. You're strong willed it seems so I don't see you having a problem w/ it!
