1969 kcal Fat: 83.30g | Prot: 131.33g | Carb: 170.23g.   Breakfast: light mayonnaise, turkey bacon, grapefruit, Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer, Large Egg, Oatmeal. Lunch: kiwi, natural peanut butter, cottage cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, mushrooms, red onions, grilled chicken, craisins, blue cheese crumbles, mixed greens, peppers, Muscle Milk Collegiate Ready-to-Drink. Dinner: Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Added in Cooking, Sweet Potato , Grilled Chicken. more...
