I think my wife and I were both kinda shocked that I dropped 8 lbs in the first week. I know I will be hoping for 1 lb here and there many weeks, but a great start and I'm really encouraged to continue and reach my goal.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1813 kcal Fat: 37.97g | Prot: 91.07g | Carb: 309.38g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal (Cup), Toasted and Buttered Wheat Bread, Oatmeal (Cup). Lunch: frosted mini wheats, 1 cup skim milk, 3 pretzel rods. Dinner: Concord Grape Jelly, buttered wheat toast, Potato Crusted Flounder with plain Baked Potato & streamed Broccoli Florets. Snacks/Other: Turkey, Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, eggs substitute, pretzel rods. more...
