Day 4 of 28 day low carb re-charge. Last night I did have some wine and 3 vodka's on the rocks (bad). Was stressed about the crap going on in the White House and the pushing through of the Trumpcare plan that is going to hurt so many people. Glad to be Canadian, don't understand why Americans do not think that affordable health care is a basic human right, which should be available to all. Being overweight is a pre-existing condition affecting more than 60% of Americans!

Way to go Jimmy Kimmel on speaking out.
205.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
