Hey:

So Friday I got my first gym membership and Saturday I worked out for the first time. I think it's a good thing. I know i was a bit afraid of it before but now I am going to embrace it. Leaving for the gym right now. Fingers crossed.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
