Only lost 2lbs this week but a loss is a loss and I'm proud of it. This part of the month is always a little icky on my weight anyway, so will see how next week goes.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2lbs is a great pace. Usually people slow down after their initial fast losses. I think you may be at that point. Keep up the great work!
