188, 189, 188, 189, 188... this has been me for as long as I can remember. At least I'm weighing in every morning and seeing it. I'm going to concentrate on green shakes a few days. It's like plowing through a wall. I'm not eating badly but too much, I can tell. I need to pull back on serving sizes. Anyway, summer is here now and its gorgeous out side! That helps.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Portion sizes are my downfall. I always have to stop when my stomach stops growling, which is way shorter than the amount it takes to feel full.

calories, calories,calories, I know this all too well... I am suppose to be a net1275 a day. food - exercise. I am determined to graduate to maintenance this year. All the successful FS members that have come and go have this in common in my age group for females.

Yes, Kim, you will be amazed if you track your food. Sure, it isn't an exact science, but when I am tracking my food I try to keep it around 1200 and rarely make it! But it does make me think about sticking things in my mouth sometimes. "I will have to track that!" I say.

Yes to tracking your food! I did that a few years ago and dropped 50+ lbs. the minute I stopped....back up 25 within the past 3 years. Trying to get back on track by going back to the tried and true.
