May 1st: It's good day to start a damn diet. I'm officially 200 pounds again. Low carb, exercise, more water. I WILL lose 15 pounds starting today!
200.2 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
