Back down a little bit which is good. Still feeling very blah but I've been working out all this week. Monday soccer, Tuesday and Wednesday good workouts at the gym... tonight hopefully I can do some yoga at home before unpacking some boxes and tomorrow I'll definitely make it to the gym in the morning. Cleaning the old apartment on Saturday (which might take all day) then Sunday afternoon more soccer.

If I don't lose another pound after a week like this, I don't know what the hell to do.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel better! I find that working out when I don't feel good makes it go away faster. Stay positive. :-)
