Restarting my journey on FatSecret. Prior to this first weigh-in, I've lost 10 lbs. My officially start was 191.9 and that was my highest weight ever. I've been struggling with thyroid issues on top of food sensitivities for the last two years, which has made me put on more weight, no matter how perfectly I eat or how much I workout.

I'm currently part of an 8-week challenge that has me working out daily and eating healthy. You would think the scale would be moving, but it's not. I'm trying not to obsess and be frustrated, but I am very frustrated.

In an effort to motivate myself, I thought maybe seeing the data in front of me, would help.
