i had soup for lunch and cereal foe breakfast. i think i had a yogurt as a snack, but 5 pieces of pizza (cheese mushroom and onion deep dish. ive been sick so i didnt even work out. but i did drink tins of ice water for my sore throat. sometimes weught loss makes no sense.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 12.6 lb a week
