After the Thunder festival and all the food & booze that entailed, Mexican food days before, Italian food the day after, and all the snacking and cookies in between, I finally hit 200 pounds again. My first weight this morning was 201, but it came down to 199.8 after I exercised so that's what I'm logging.
I bought 1X shirts yesterday because all of my summer clothes are too tight. Spent $100 on fat clothes.
I promised myself and Arturo that I'll just try to maintain my current weight so that I don't get any bigger. Maybe I'll lose, maybe I won't. But I cannot be over 200 pounds or bigger than an 18/1X. I prefer to be a 16/XL and maybe I will again.
I think I'll eat 200-300 calories every 2-3 hours instead of 400 every 4 hours. And I won't exercise as hard as before so to prevent injury.
I'll smoke when necessary but not every day. Same with booze, but not sugary Margaritas.
I'm a mess.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
