I had stopped my food journal for awhile, thinking that after 9 months of weight loss I knew what I needed to do. The pounds that slowly started coming back told another story, but I listened to it. The tracking and the adherence to a figure that works for me (1100 calories daily) have brought me back again, renewed the faith. Good luck on your journey!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So easy to do a little cheat here and a little cheat there...recording everything helps with that. You are doing fantastic!
