Lost the pound I put on now I just need to keep the scale moving down. With easter its been a struggle to resist everything but it is all gone now so I have no excuses. Wish my energy level would come up so I would feel like walking after work but with all the stress I have been under this week it just isn't.
216.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Hi Bren, are you counting your calories? I am finding that using myfitnesspal. really helps on my phone to record. or whatever to record just record. I am down from 202 to 195 in 7 weeks. It's a slow loss. I'm not always consistent on keeping my 1500 cals so I think that's why I have such slow weight loss. Also, I do not count my workouts as those will adjust your calorie intake to be higher. Aim for goals each week like recording. Working out schedule your workouts and don't over do them. Make everything doable. You will succeed!

Yes I am on weight watchers. My problem is portion control and just the fact that I plain and simple love food that isn't good for you. I wish I could eat one of something and be satisfied but that is not how I am wired. I try to keep it under control by not having that stuff around but the food monkey gets on my shoulder and I am screwed.
