I've been up and down since Feb. 3rd but have been unable to get back to/below my weight from that day. I've really been watching my carbs, but apparently not my calories enough :(
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
