There she is! 240.6, nice 3 lb increase since yesterday.

Although it is bad, my friend Kingkeld says it is expected. I reckon I was right that the beer causes an initial loss because of the diuretic action. I woke up dehydrated feeling, cuz I was dehydrated. I know I used to see this before, and wondered why it took a day or two for my "cheat day" eating to show up. Interesting. I actually weighed myself last night after dinner, and was 242.6.

Yesterday went well. No video gaming happened /sadface. I messed around on the PC trying to rip old family home video DVD's. Something is not working right, and I am only getting the first few chapters. Not good. I have tried several methods too. I hate having these kinds of problems in my off hours, as it is too much like work.

My rotisserie chickens came out SUPERB! I stuffed them with some big ol' lemons to hold them still on the spit, it came out great. It does take about 2 hours rather than 1. The flavors came out great, and they were tender and succulent. I rubbed them with rosemary and thyme and olive oil 1st. I did have a failure with my stir fry veggies. I added way too much ginger. I have determined that cooking with ginger has ruined quite a few of my dishes. My wife and I agreed we really dont like ginger anyway. I think I will stick to my garlic.

Daughter and I did some tests. She did poorly at science, and we determined she really has not had highschool science. Uh oh. Well, she has some books to study, and in that regard she did pretty good. She said the practice test at the place was easier. Today we will work on reading stuff again. The foundation of it all is reading and interpreting questions.

Today is busy, I had a Doctor Appt in the AM, but it got resched to 1630. We have to go to pick up wifes passport at 1330. I will probably make more veggies for dinner today. I have a half bok choy left, and it was expensive.

So today I am back on the program. I had a few cravings yesterday after my beer filled cheat day. I know that is normal, and I did not give in to the urge for fried chicken. I think I will reserve that for next week!
